Stenden Hotel Management School student Didi Koers did an internship in Doha, Qatar at the InterContinental Hotel & Residences. The coronavirus crisis forced her to abort her internship after six months, pack her suitcases and return back home in The Netherlands. In this interview Koers looks back upon the outbreak of the coronavirus in Qatar during her internship. “On some days they would ask 7.000 euros for a ticket to The Netherlands!”
